How to play Poople

Start with the daily four-letter word. Change exactly one letter to make another accepted four-letter word, and keep going until you reach POOP.

1. Read the start word. Today’s word appears on the home page and on the official game.
2. Enter a word one letter away. You can change any one position, but the result must be accepted.
3. Reach POOP. Fewer valid moves make a shorter ladder. If you get stuck, open just one hint.

The solver finds one shortest route for an accepted word. Unlimited gives you more ladders to practice. You can review a published day in the archive.
